Top Nine of 2020

Well, 2020…what can I say? It has been an interesting year for sure!

During 2020, we all experienced some ups and downs, and moments of happiness and sadness. Some of us had to find new routines, and many of us had to pivot – trying something new and unknown.

In all the craziness that is 2020, I started GCiccone Photography and I couldn’t be more excited with how it all worked out. Photographing for years, I decided it was time to make it official and why not start a business in a pandemic!

Thanks to all of the amazing clients I had this year, I declare GCiccone Photography a success! Something that we do at GCiccone Photography and in my photography club, Flourish Academy, we celebrate wins! And to celebrate this win, I bring you my Instagram Top Nine according to CreatorKit.App.

GCiccone Photography’s Most Liked Photos of 2020

I’m so grateful to have been a part of these special moments!

Let’s talk about the one photo that isn’t like the others. Can you pick it out? 🙂

Photo number 8 is my furry companion, Eli. Eli reminds me when it is time to take a break and go on adventures. He likes to take me hiking! But don’t say “go in the car” too loud or he’ll try to drive himself!

Number 7 in my Top Nine is one of my favorite “details” capture. This beautiful couple had a self-uniting ceremony at the Allegheny County Building. This was a “in the moment” capture. The bride had set her bouquet in just the right spot when she signed the marriage certificate. And her new husband sweetly helped her sign in the right spot!

Number 6 in my Top Nine is another “in the moment” capture. This adorable couple held their marriage ceremony at Point State Park. They included their furry best friend, Apolo. While we were taking a break between shots , I caught them enjoying the moment, watching their friends and Apolo having fun in the sun. This is one of my favorite photos from their day and I think the black and white really brings forth the feels!

Photo #2 is a behind the scenes photo with my photography friend Alicia from Moments Created Photography. Alicia helped me out at a wedding at Fern Hollow Nature Center in Sewickley. The bride was getting ready down the road, while the groom got ready at the Nature Center. Alicia captured all the hilarious moments of the groom and groomsmen getting ready for the big day! I don’t often get on the other side of the lens, but this one is pretty cute!

And my Number One photo in my Top Nine! I LOVE THIS ONE!!! The colors, the couple, and the couch!! I acquired this vintage couch with a few ideas and this couple was more than happy to bring one idea to life! I remember how excited the bride was when I showed her a picture of the couch during our planning session. I’m not sure who was more excited to see the final image!!!
